Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in using Google, we may receive account information necessary to authenticate you and maintain your IVELN account.

Device and Scan Information: When you run a security scan, IVELN processes information needed to assess your device. This may include device names, hostnames, operating system details, hardware and storage information, installed applications, network configurations, security settings, findings, and technical evidence.

Security Reports: Scan results and related technical information may be stored in our database and associated with your IVELN account so you can access your reports.

Subscription Information: If you purchase IVELN Pro, we may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, billing periods, and other information necessary to manage your subscription.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, perform requested security scans, generate and display reports, provide subscription features, maintain service functionality, and communicate with users when necessary.

IVELN uses third-party providers for services such as authentication, database hosting, infrastructure, and payment processing. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services.

Account authentication and report storage may involve Supabase infrastructure. Google authentication may be used when you choose Google Sign-In.

If paid subscriptions are available, payment information is processed through the applicable payment provider. IVELN does not require customers to submit full payment card numbers directly to IVELN.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.

Access to account-related reports is subject to authentication and applicable access controls. However, no online service or security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

IVELN may retain account information, security reports, and related service records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account functionality, resolve technical issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Stored security reports may remain associated with your account until they are deleted through an available process or removed in accordance with applicable retention requirements.

Temporary operational records, such as expired scan sessions and request-rate records, may be removed through scheduled maintenance processes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.
