By accessing or using IVELN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

2. IVELN Services

IVELN provides cybersecurity scanning and security analysis tools designed to help users review information about their own devices and identify potential security issues.

3. Authorized Use

You may only use IVELN on devices and systems that you own or are authorized to scan. You must not use IVELN for unauthorized access, unlawful activity, or to interfere with systems belonging to others.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. Information provided when creating an account should be accurate and current.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

IVELN Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. Depending on the plan selected, subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Payments, applicable taxes, and subscription billing are processed by our authorized payment provider.

6. Paddle Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the subscription management options provided with your account. Cancellation and continued access are subject to the applicable billing period and our Refund Policy.

8. Security Results

IVELN security reports are provided for informational purposes. Security scanning cannot guarantee that a device is completely secure or identify every possible vulnerability, threat, or configuration issue.

9. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

10. Intellectual Property

IVELN and its software, branding, interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of IVELN intellectual property to users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
